1. Cancellation Notice Clients must notify us at least [24–48 hours] before the scheduled cleaning appointment to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made with less than this notice may be subject to a fee.
2. Refund Policy Eligible Refunds: Refunds may be issued if a client cancels within the proper notice-window or if the service cannot be provided as scheduled. Non-Refundable Situations: No refunds will be issued for services that have already been completed or for cancellations outside the allowed notice period. Refund Amount: Refunds can be full, partial, or in the form of SeaBleu service credit, depending on the timing and terms of the service agreement.
3. Cancellation Fees Late cancellations (less than [24–48 hours] notice) incur a fee of $25 or 25% of total service cost. No-shows will be charged an additional fee of $20 upon the 3 no shows within a period of 3 months of the scheduled service. Repeated late cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings or require prepayment.
4. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule appointments within the allowed notice period without penalties, depending on service availability. Rescheduling requests should be submitted via phone or email.
5. Exceptions/ Emergencies or unavoidable circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Weather-related cancellations or business closures may be exempt from fees.
6. Company Cancellations: If we need to cancel an appointment, we will provide notice as soon as possible and offer an alternate appointment or a full refund if rescheduling is not feasible.
